  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles (bread and butter or dill)
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce or coleslaw
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken tenders using your preferred method (grill, fry, or bake).
  2. Slice hoagie rolls or buns and lightly toast if desired.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, and mustard BBQ sauce in a bowl.
  4. Spread the sauce mixture on both sides of the buns.
