Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, 1/2 cup self-rising flour, softened butter, oats, and pecans to make the topping. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk 1 cup self-rising flour, sugar, milk, banana extract, and melted butter to make the filling.
- Pour the filling into a greased baking dish.
- Arrange sliced bananas evenly over the filling.
- Sprinkle the topping mixture over the bananas.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
