- 3 eggs, beaten

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 deep dish pie shell (homemade or store-bought)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix melted butter, sugar, and flour in a bowl.
- Add beaten eggs, salt, and vanilla. Stir well.
- Slowly pour in buttermilk while mixing.
- Pour the filling into the pie shell.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use room temperature ingredients for better mixing.
- Cover the crust edges with foil if they brown too quickly.
