Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Whisk egg white, water, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Toss pecans in the mixture until coated.
- Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Coat pecans with the sugar mixture.
- Spread pecans on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
