- ½ cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup heavy cream (optional, for thinning to dip consistency)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, banana pudding mix, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Fold in diced strawberries, banana, and optional white chocolate chips or nuts.
- Drop tablespoon-sized dough portions onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- For the cheesecake dip, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
- If needed, thin with heavy cream to reach desired dip consistency.
- Serve cookies with cheesecake dip.
