Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush tortilla triangles with melted butter.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Sprinkle over buttered tortillas.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until crisp. Let cool.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Combine strawberry pie filling with vanilla extract if using.
- Assemble by layering chips, cheesecake dip, and strawberry topping.
