  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  2. Fold in strawberry jam and diced strawberries.
  3. Place 1-2 tbsp of filling in the center of each eggroll wrapper.
  4. Fold sides inward, then roll tightly. Seal edges with water or egg wash.
  5. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry eggrolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
