Description

A delicious strawberry honeybun cake with cinnamon swirls and sweet icing.


Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Pour half the batter into a greased pan.
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, and strawberries.
  5. Add remaining batter.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Mix powdered sugar and heavy cream for icing.
  8. Drizzle icing over cooled cake.
