Ingredients

- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Toss cauliflower florets in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and caramelized.
- Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha quantity for more or less heat.
- Use maple syrup instead of honey for a vegan version.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
