Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss cauliflower florets in the sauce until evenly coated.
  4. Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and caramelized.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust sriracha quantity for more or less heat.
  • Use maple syrup instead of honey for a vegan version.
