A tangy and sweet slaw perfect for barbecues.
Ingredients

- 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- ½ cup dill pickles, chopped
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, pickles, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, and vinegar.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetable mix.
- Toss until everything is well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust Sriracha to taste for more or less heat.
- Use Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
