Sweet & Spicy Pickle Slaw

Description

A tangy and sweet slaw perfect for barbecues.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • ½ cup dill pickles, chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, pickles, and red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, and vinegar.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mix.
  4. Toss until everything is well coated.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust Sriracha to taste for more or less heat.
  • Use Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
