Delicious Sweet Chili Chicken Wraps for a quick meal.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
- Cook chicken in the pan until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from pan and let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it.
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce and soy sauce.
- Spread the sauce on the tortillas.
- Layer shredded lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, and sliced chicken on the tortillas.
- Sprinkle with cilantro if using.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly and serve with lime wedges.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by using more or less chili sauce.
- Substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
