Delicious Sweet Chili Chicken Wraps for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
  3. Cook chicken in the pan until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove chicken from pan and let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it.
  5. In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce and soy sauce.
  6. Spread the sauce on the tortillas.
  7. Layer shredded lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, and sliced chicken on the tortillas.
  8. Sprinkle with cilantro if using.
  9. Wrap the tortillas tightly and serve with lime wedges.

Notes

  • Adjust the spiciness by using more or less chili sauce.
  • Substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
