- 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade)
- 2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or Mexican-style)
- 2 cups lightly crushed Nacho cheese Doritos
- Shredded lettuce (optional)

- Shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese (optional)
- Sour cream (optional)
- Salsa or pico de gallo (optional)
- Sliced avocado or guacamole (optional)
- Black beans or corn kernels (optional)
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water as per packet instructions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Prepare rice according to package instructions.
- Assemble bowls by layering rice, seasoned beef, and crushed Doritos.
- Add optional toppings as desired.
- Serve immediately.
