Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat for a healthier option)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into thin strips.
  2. Marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cook the marinated chicken in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  5. Place a portion of cooked chicken in the center of each tortilla.
  6. Top with shredded lettuce, carrots, bell peppers, and green onions.
  7. Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  8. Cut in half and serve immediately.
