Ingredients

- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 2 large Eggs

- 3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 to 2 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips (semi-sweet or mixed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
- For thinner cookies, slightly soften butter.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
