  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons milk
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Stir in milk gradually until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide dough into 4 balls; flatten each into a 1/4-inch disc.
  5. Heat 1 inch of oil in a skillet to 350°F.
  6. Fry each disc 1–2 minutes per side until golden and puffed.
