- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons milk
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in milk gradually until a soft dough forms.
- Knead on a floured surface for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
- Divide dough into 4 balls; flatten each into a 1/4-inch disc.
- Heat 1 inch of oil in a skillet to 350°F.
- Fry each disc 1–2 minutes per side until golden and puffed.
- Drain on paper towels. Serve warm with desired toppings.
