- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by pounding it to 1/2-inch thickness.
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Dip chicken in the flour mixture, then in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Toast sandwich buns lightly if desired.
- Assemble the sandwich by spreading Caesar dressing on the buns, adding fried chicken, chopped romaine, and garnishing with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately.
