- 3 medium yellow onions
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika or to taste
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt or to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or to taste
- ½ teaspoon seasoning salt or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper or to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the onions into thin rings.
- In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, paprika, sea salt, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper.
- Coat onion rings with avocado oil.
- Dip the onion rings into the cheese mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place coated onion rings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
