Ingredients

  • 3 medium yellow onions
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon seasoning salt or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper or to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the onions into thin rings.
  3. In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, paprika, sea salt, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper.
  4. Coat onion rings with avocado oil.
  5. Dip the onion rings into the cheese mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  6. Place coated onion rings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
