Delicious white cheddar and spinach chicken burgers.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for cooking
  • 4 burger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, extra cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  6. Toast the burger buns in the skillet for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Assemble the burgers with desired toppings.
