Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for cooking
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, extra cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Toast the burger buns in the skillet for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers with desired toppings.
