  • 25 chocolate cream-filled cookies (Oreos)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounce block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 8 ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract (or vanilla extract)
  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the Oreos and mix with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form a crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Add the melted white chocolate and peppermint extract, mixing well.
  7. Fold in the whipped topping until combined.
  8. Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
  9. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  10. Before serving, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and peppermint extract until peaks form.
  11. Spread the whipped cream over the pie and sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies.
