- 25 chocolate cream-filled cookies (Oreos)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounce block cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips, melted
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 8 ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract (or vanilla extract)
- 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush the Oreos and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form a crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the melted white chocolate and peppermint extract, mixing well.
- Fold in the whipped topping until combined.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and peppermint extract until peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream over the pie and sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies.
Notes
- For a stronger peppermint flavor, use more peppermint extract.
- Ensure the pie is well chilled before serving.
