Description
A delicious white pizza topped with beef prosciutto and drizzled with hot honey.
Ingredients

- 12-16 oz your favorite pizza dough (room temp)
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or fresh mozz, grated)
- 1-2 oz grated parmesan
- 2-3 oz prosciutto
- A few stems fresh oregano
- 3 tbs honey
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (more if you like it extra spicy)
- Pinch red pepper flake
- 1/2 tbs balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the ricotta.
- Layer the prosciutto on top of the cheese.
- Add fresh oregano, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Drizzle honey and balsamic vinegar over the pizza.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing.

- Experiment with different cheeses for varied flavors.
- Adjust the amount of cayenne and red pepper flakes to your heat preference.
