Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and almond extract, mixing well.
- Gradually add the flour and kosher salt, mixing until a crumbly dough forms.
- Take small portions of the dough and shape them into balls. Make a small indentation in the center of each ball.
- Fill the indentations with a small amount of raspberry jam.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
