Description

Cheesy Buffalo Ranch Chicken Bombs are a delicious and easy snack or appetizer. They combine chicken, cheese, and buffalo sauce wrapped in flaky crescent dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end to the point.
  6. Place the rolled bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to taste.
  • Serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
  • Can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
