Description

Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are bite-sized treats filled with gooey cheese and pepperoni, wrapped in pizza dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into small squares.
  4. Place a small amount of mozzarella, pepperoni, and Parmesan cheese in the center of each square.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder and oregano over the filling.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Brush olive oil on top of each bomb.
  8. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
