Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are bite-sized treats filled with gooey cheese and pepperoni, wrapped in pizza dough.

- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into small squares.
- Place a small amount of mozzarella, pepperoni, and Parmesan cheese in the center of each square.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and oregano over the filling.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Brush olive oil on top of each bomb.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of pepperoni to your taste.
- Try adding other toppings like bell peppers or olives.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
