  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 strips cooked thick-cut bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced (rotisserie chicken works well)
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
  3. Spread ranch dressing evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, crumbled bacon, diced chicken, and sliced red onion.
  5. Optionally add chopped fresh parsley.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log, sealing the edges.
