Crab Shrimp Queso Rolls are a delicious seafood treat packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • Cooked shrimp – 1/2 lb finely chopped
  • Cooked crab meat – 1/2 lb shredded
  • Shredded Monterey Jack cheese – 1 cup
  • Cream cheese – 1/2 cup softened
  • Queso dip – 1/2 cup (mild or spicy)
  • Fresh cilantro – 1 tbsp chopped
  • Garlic powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Smoked paprika – 1/4 tsp
  • Small flour tortillas – 8
  • Butter or oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chopped shrimp, shredded crab meat, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, queso dip, cilantro, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Take a tortilla and add a generous amount of the filling.
  4. Fold the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  5. Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the rolled tortillas until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Remove from heat and let them cool slightly before serving.
