Ingredients
- Cooked shrimp – 1/2 lb finely chopped
- Cooked crab meat – 1/2 lb shredded
- Shredded Monterey Jack cheese – 1 cup
- Cream cheese – 1/2 cup softened
- Queso dip – 1/2 cup (mild or spicy)
- Fresh cilantro – 1 tbsp chopped
- Garlic powder – 1/2 tsp
- Smoked paprika – 1/4 tsp
- Small flour tortillas – 8
- Butter or oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chopped shrimp, shredded crab meat, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, queso dip, cilantro, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Mix until well combined.
- Take a tortilla and add a generous amount of the filling.
- Fold the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
- Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the rolled tortillas until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove from heat and let them cool slightly before serving.

- Adjust the spice level of the queso dip to your preference.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole for added flavor.
