Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano, grated
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup dill pickle, diced
  • 1 tablespoon dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmigiano reggiano.
  2. Add sour cream and mayonnaise, mixing until smooth.
  3. Stir in ranch seasoning, diced dill pickles, and dill.
  4. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
