Easter Fudge is a sweet and creamy treat perfect for the holiday.
Ingredients

- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pastel-colored candy-coated chocolate eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and salt over medium heat.
- Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chopped candy-coated eggs.
- If desired, fold in chopped pecans.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch pan and spread evenly.
- Let it cool at room temperature until set, then cut into squares.
