Description

Easter Fudge is a sweet and creamy treat perfect for the holiday.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pastel-colored candy-coated chocolate eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and salt over medium heat.
  2. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chopped candy-coated eggs.
  4. If desired, fold in chopped pecans.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch pan and spread evenly.
  6. Let it cool at room temperature until set, then cut into squares.
