Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and maple syrup. Stir until combined.
- Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling halfway.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let muffins cool, then slice in half horizontally.
- Layer sausage, egg, and cheese between muffin halves.
- Serve warm.
