Description

A rich and flavorful seafood dish featuring lobster and crab meat blended with butter and seasonings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound lobster meat
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine lobster meat, crab meat, and softened butter.
  2. Add lemon juice, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
