Ingredients

  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 2 tbsp milk powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp milk powder (for dusting)
  • 1 tbsp sugar (for dusting)
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Mix lukewarm milk, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add milk powder, butter, flour, and salt. Knead into a soft dough.
  3. Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls.
  5. Fry the balls in oil until golden brown.
  6. Dust with milk powder, sugar, and cocoa powder.
  7. Serve warm.
