Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste (kosher salt recommended)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix maple syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, orange juice, and salt.
  4. Toss the sweet potatoes in the mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until tender and caramelized.
  7. Serve warm.
