Description

A delicious and savory snack made with sausage and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose baking mix
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage (chicken or turkey)
  • 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (for dip)
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard (for dip)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the baking mix, sausage, cheddar cheese, and black pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise and yellow mustard for dipping.
  6. Serve the sausage balls warm with the dip.

Notes
