- 2 cups all-purpose baking mix
- 1 lb breakfast sausage (chicken or turkey)
- 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise (for dip)
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard (for dip)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the baking mix, sausage, cheddar cheese, and black pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise and yellow mustard for dipping.
- Serve the sausage balls warm with the dip.
Notes
- Make sure to use sharp cheddar for more flavor.
- You can substitute the sausage with your preferred type.
