Description

This creamy, rich fudge recipe from Paula Deen takes just five minutes and a few simple ingredients to create a delightful, chocolatey treat. Ideal for holidays, gifting, or when you need dessert in a hurry!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (14 oz sweetened condensed milk)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional – walnuts or pecans)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment or butter it.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt sweetened condensed milk, butter, and chocolate chips, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, salt, and nuts if using.
  4. Pour into pan. Smooth top and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Cut into squares and serve.
