- 1 can (14 oz sweetened condensed milk)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional – walnuts or pecans)
Instructions
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment or butter it.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt sweetened condensed milk, butter, and chocolate chips, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, salt, and nuts if using.
- Pour into pan. Smooth top and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into squares and serve.
