Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Mix oregano, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Rub seasoning over chicken breasts.
  4. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Place chicken in slow cooker.
  7. Add water, lemon juice, garlic, and bouillon to slow cooker.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  9. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
