Ingredients

- 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- ¼ cup water
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Mix oregano, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub seasoning over chicken breasts.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Place chicken in slow cooker.
- Add water, lemon juice, garlic, and bouillon to slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
