Description
A fun twist on classic S'mores, these rolled Rice Krispie treats combine crispy cereal with gooey marshmallows and chocolate.
Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 10 ounces mini marshmallows
- 6 cups crispy rice cereal
- ½ cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (for filling)
- ½ cup chocolate spread or melted chocolate
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter
- Nonstick spray or parchment paper
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add the 10 ounces of mini marshmallows and stir until melted.
- Remove from heat and add the crispy rice cereal and crushed graham crackers. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Let it cool slightly, then spread chocolate spread or melted chocolate over the top.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate.
- Roll the mixture tightly from one end to the other.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm.
- Slice into pieces and drizzle with melted chocolate mixed with coconut oil.
