Description

Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls are a nutritious snack packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats and protein powder.
  2. Add almond butter, chopped strawberries, cream cheese, and honey or maple syrup.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. If using, fold in coconut flakes.
  5. Form the mixture into small balls.
  6. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
