- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats and protein powder.
- Add almond butter, chopped strawberries, cream cheese, and honey or maple syrup.
- Stir until well combined.
- If using, fold in coconut flakes.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- These can be frozen for longer storage.
- Substitute peanut butter for almond butter if preferred.
