For the Brownies:

  • 15.25 oz yellow cake mix
  • 3.4 oz lemon instant pudding mix
  • cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice more as needed
  • Lemon zest optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch pan.
  • Mix cake mix, pudding mix, lemon juice, eggs, and zest until smooth.
  • Pour into pan and bake 22–25 minutes.
  • Cool completely.
  • Mix glaze ingredients until smooth; drizzle over brownies.
  • Garnish with zest if desired.
