Ingredients
  

For the Wraps:

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 blend
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas burrito-sized
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced white onion
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup dill pickle slices
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds optional

For the Special Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Notes

  • Mix all special sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Chill while preparing wraps.
  • Cook ground beef in a skillet with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Warm tortillas. Spread each with 1–2 tablespoons of special sauce.
  • Top with beef, cheese, lettuce, onion, pickles, and sesame seeds (if using).
  • Fold and roll tightly. Toast in a dry skillet if desired. Slice and serve warm.
