For the Wraps:
- 1 lb ground beef 80/20 blend
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas burrito-sized
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup diced white onion
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup dill pickle slices
- ¼ cup sesame seeds optional
For the Special Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Mix all special sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Chill while preparing wraps.

Cook ground beef in a skillet with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat.

Warm tortillas. Spread each with 1–2 tablespoons of special sauce.
