For the Buffalo Chicken Filling:
- 3½ cups shredded chicken
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- Pinch of black pepper
For the Cheese Layer:
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese grated
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
For the Sliders:
- 12 King’s Hawaiian Rolls
- 4 tablespoon butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x13” baking dish.
Mix chicken with buffalo sauce, ranch, honey, garlic, and pepper.
Slice rolls horizontally; place bottom half in the dish.
Spread chicken mixture, top with cheeses, then place top half of rolls.
Brush with butter mixed with seasoning and garlic salt.
Cover with foil; bake 15 min. Remove foil; bake 5–7 more min.
Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
