Ingredients
  

For the Buffalo Chicken Filling:

  • cups shredded chicken
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Pinch of black pepper

For the Cheese Layer:

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese grated
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated

For the Sliders:

  • 12 King’s Hawaiian Rolls
  • 4 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x13” baking dish.
  • Mix chicken with buffalo sauce, ranch, honey, garlic, and pepper.
  • Slice rolls horizontally; place bottom half in the dish.
  • Spread chicken mixture, top with cheeses, then place top half of rolls.
  • Brush with butter mixed with seasoning and garlic salt.
  • Cover with foil; bake 15 min. Remove foil; bake 5–7 more min.
  • Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use less buffalo sauce or more ranch for a milder version.
  • Sub mozzarella with cheddar or pepper jack for variety.
  • Make ahead and freeze unbaked for future meals.
  • Gluten-free and dairy-free adaptations possible with substitutions.
