Instructions
Open cinnamon rolls and cut each into 6–8 bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Toss cinnamon roll pieces in egg mixture and soak 3–5 minutes.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook pieces in batches, 2–3 minutes per side, until golden.
Serve warm with maple syrup and icing drizzle.
Notes
