Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 12.4 oz refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing (8 rolls)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • Maple syrup for serving
  • Powdered sugar for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Open cinnamon rolls and cut each into 6–8 bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  • Toss cinnamon roll pieces in egg mixture and soak 3–5 minutes.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook pieces in batches, 2–3 minutes per side, until golden.
  • Serve warm with maple syrup and icing drizzle.
