Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1 can 10.75 oz condensed golden mushroom soup
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 pound angel hair pasta

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in dressing mix, soup, broth, and cream cheese. Stir until smooth.
  • Place chicken in crockpot. Pour sauce over chicken.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours, or until chicken is tender.
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  • Serve chicken and sauce over pasta. Garnish if desired.

Notes

  • Use cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup if needed.
  • Add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms during the last hour.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge up to 4 days; freeze for up to 2 months.
  • Reheat with added broth if the sauce thickens.
