This easy Dorito Casserole layers crunchy chips, seasoned beef, creamy soup, and melty cheese into a hearty, kid-approved dinner that everyone loves.

- 1 bag 14 oz Nacho Cheese Doritos
- 1½ –2 lb ground beef
- 1 can 10¾ oz cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can 10¾ oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 can 12 oz evaporated milk
- 1 can 4 oz diced green chilies
- 2 –3 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 packet taco seasoning optional
Optional Toppings:
- Sour cream green onions, cherry tomatoes, avocado, salsa, pickled jalapeños, cilantro
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch dish.
Brown beef in skillet, drain, and mix in taco seasoning (optional).
Mix soups, milk, and chilies in a bowl.
Layer crushed Doritos, beef, soup mix, and cheese in dish. Repeat with remaining Doritos and cheese.
Cover and bake 20 min, uncover and bake 10–15 more until bubbly.
Let cool 5–10 min and top with desired garnishes before serving.
