This Dorito Casserole combines layers of Nacho Cheese Doritos, seasoned beef, creamy soup mixture, and melted cheese for a quick and crowd-pleasing dinner.

For the Casserole:
- 1 bag 14 oz Nacho Cheese Doritos
- 1½ –2 pounds ground beef
- 1 can 10¾ oz cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can 10¾ oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 can 12 oz evaporated milk
- 1 can 4 oz diced green chilies
- 2 –3 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 packet taco seasoning optional
Optional Toppings:
- Sour cream
- Diced green onions
- Sliced cherry tomatoes
- Sliced avocado or guacamole
- Salsa
- Jalapeño slices
- Fresh cilantro
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain fat, and stir in taco seasoning.
In a bowl, mix soups, milk, chilies, and beef.
Layer crushed Doritos in greased 9x13 dish. Top with half the meat mixture and 1 cup cheese.
Repeat layers with remaining Doritos, meat, and cheese.
Cover and bake 20 min. Uncover and bake 10–15 min more.
Cool slightly and serve with toppings of choice.
