This Dorito Casserole combines layers of Nacho Cheese Doritos, seasoned beef, creamy soup mixture, and melted cheese for a quick and crowd-pleasing dinner.

Ingredients
  

For the Casserole:

  • 1 bag 14 oz Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • –2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 can 10¾ oz cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can 10¾ oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 1 can 4 oz diced green chilies
  • 2 –3 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 packet taco seasoning optional

Optional Toppings:

  • Sour cream
  • Diced green onions
  • Sliced cherry tomatoes
  • Sliced avocado or guacamole
  • Salsa
  • Jalapeño slices
  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain fat, and stir in taco seasoning.
  • In a bowl, mix soups, milk, chilies, and beef.
  • Layer crushed Doritos in greased 9x13 dish. Top with half the meat mixture and 1 cup cheese.
  • Repeat layers with remaining Doritos, meat, and cheese.
  • Cover and bake 20 min. Uncover and bake 10–15 min more.
  • Cool slightly and serve with toppings of choice.

Notes

  • Add beans, corn, or peppers for variation.
  • Use other Dorito flavors like Cool Ranch or Spicy.
  • Substitute beef with turkey or plant-based meat.
  • Store leftovers for 3 days or freeze unbaked for up to 2 months.
