Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
Lemon Cream Filling:
- 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Optional: 1–2 drops yellow food coloring
Topping:
- 8 oz whipped topping or homemade whipped cream
- Optional: lemon slices zest, fresh berries
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into an 8x8-inch pan. Chill.
Whisk sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla (add food coloring if desired).
