Ingredients
  

  • 24 Funfetti Oreos or regular Oreos
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Funfetti cake mix dry
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup rainbow sprinkles plus extra for topping
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows optional

Instructions
 

  • Whip cream, sugar, and vanilla to stiff peaks; set aside.
  • Beat cream cheese, add dry cake mix and milk, mix until smooth.
  • Fold in whipped cream gently to create fluffy filling.
  • Layer Oreos and cream in an 8x8 dish, repeat layers.
  • Top with sprinkles and marshmallows.
  • Cover and refrigerate 4–8 hours or overnight.
  • Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Swap cookies, try almond or lemon zest for variety.
