- 24 Funfetti Oreos or regular Oreos
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Funfetti cake mix dry
- ½ cup whole milk
- ½ cup rainbow sprinkles plus extra for topping
- 1 cup mini marshmallows optional
Whip cream, sugar, and vanilla to stiff peaks; set aside.
Beat cream cheese, add dry cake mix and milk, mix until smooth.
Fold in whipped cream gently to create fluffy filling.
Layer Oreos and cream in an 8x8 dish, repeat layers.
Top with sprinkles and marshmallows.
