  • Stir in powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Gently fold in Cool Whip until fully combined and fluffy.
  • Chill 15–30 minutes before using for best results.

  • Use ¾ cup milk for thicker consistency.
  • Do not freeze—best stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
