Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup diced strawberries ripe but firm
  • 1 cup diced pineapple fresh preferred
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño seeded and minced
  • Juice of 1 lime about 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste start with ⅛ tsp

Instructions
 

  • Dice strawberries and pineapple. Chop onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add lime juice and salt.
  • Toss gently to mix. Let sit 5–10 minutes.
  • Serve chilled with chips or as a topping for grilled foods.
