- 1 cup diced strawberries ripe but firm
- 1 cup diced pineapple fresh preferred
- ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño seeded and minced
- Juice of 1 lime about 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste start with ⅛ tsp
Dice strawberries and pineapple. Chop onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add lime juice and salt.
Toss gently to mix. Let sit 5–10 minutes.
