- 48 Ritz crackers
- 7 oz marshmallow creme or marshmallow fluff
- 24 oz chocolate almond bark or Ghirardelli melting wafers
Optional Toppings:
- ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup marshmallow bits
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- ½ cup sprinkles or jimmies
- Crushed candy canes
- Colored sugar or crushed cookies
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Place 24 Ritz crackers in a single layer.
Add about 1 teaspoon marshmallow creme to each.
Top with remaining Ritz crackers to form sandwiches.
Melt chocolate in microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
Dip each sandwich in melted chocolate, coating completely.
Place dipped cookies on prepared sheet.
Add toppings while chocolate is still wet.
Let set at room temp (30–60 mins) or refrigerate for 15–20 mins.
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
