Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • ½ cup vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry syrup plus extra for drizzle
  • 1 –2 tablespoons sugar or honey optional, to taste
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Blender

  • Add the frozen strawberries, milk, vanilla ice cream, ice cubes, and strawberry syrup to a blender.
  • If you prefer a sweeter drink, add sugar or honey to taste.

Step 2: Blend Until Smooth

  • Blend on high for 30–60 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • If the texture is too thick, add a splash more milk. If it’s too thin, add a few more ice cubes.

Step 3: Serve it Up

  • Drizzle strawberry syrup along the inside of your serving glass for that classic look.
  • Pour the frappuccino into the glass.
  • Top generously with whipped cream.
  • Garnish with a fresh strawberry or another drizzle of syrup if desired.

Notes

  • Make it Vegan: Use non-dairy milk, vegan ice cream, and coconut whipped cream.
  • Boost the Strawberry Flavor: Add a few fresh strawberries in addition to the frozen ones.
  • Add a Protein Kick: Mix in a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
  • Make it a Smoothie: Swap the ice cream for Greek yogurt and the syrup for fresh berries.
  • Frozen Strawberry Tip: If your frozen strawberries are large, thaw slightly or chop before blending for smoother results.
